Hayat Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization that has been registered with the Social Welfare Department in Punjab since 1995 under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration & Control) Ordinance, 1961 (Registration No. 369/DDSW/FSD/95). In 2005, it also registered with Joint Stock Companies under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and is recognized by the Punjab Charity Commission to conduct social activities across various regions. As a duly registered entity, Hayat Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to serve communities, advance social development, and improve the lives of marginalized and underserved populations with integrity and professionalism.
