Position Overview
Hayat Foundation is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Outreach Officer to lead and coordinate initiatives that protect and promote the rights of women and children in underserved communities. This role requires strong communication skills, community engagement experience, and a commitment to social justice and equality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement outreach activities to raise awareness of women’s and children’s rights.

• Build relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and partner organizations.

• Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and advocacy campaigns on child protection and gender equality.

• Identify community needs and develop targeted intervention programs.

• Maintain accurate records of activities, beneficiaries, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with Hayat Foundation’s mission and programs.

• Represent the organization in local events, meetings, and community forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in community outreach, advocacy, or program coordination.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience working with vulnerable groups, particularly women and children.

• Knowledge of national and international human rights frameworks (CEDAW, CRC).

• Fluency in Urdu; English and regional languages are an advantage.
