Position Overview
Hayat Foundation is looking for a motivated and result-driven Fundraising & Partnership Officer to strengthen our resource mobilization efforts and build sustainable partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, proposal writing, donor relations, and networking with local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support Hayat Foundation’s programs and initiatives.

• Research and identify potential donors, partners, and funding opportunities.

• Prepare high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and sponsorship packages.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing donors and ensure timely reporting and compliance.

• Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and networking activities.

• Collaborate with program teams to develop compelling project pitches and presentations.

• Keep updated records of fundraising activities, donor databases, and partnership agreements.

• Represent the organization in donor meetings, conferences, and public events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fundraising, donor management, or partnership development.

• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/donor management tools.

• Understanding of NGO operations and donor compliance requirements.

• Fluency in Urdu and English; additional languages are an asset.
