Position Overview
Hayat Foundation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Health & Education Program Coordinator to design, manage, and oversee programs that improve access to healthcare and quality education for marginalized communities. This role requires program management experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to sustainable community development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor health and education projects in target communities.
Coordinate with field teams, local authorities, and partner organizations to ensure program effectiveness.
Develop and deliver training sessions for community health workers and educators.
Collect, analyze, and report program data to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure alignment of programs with Hayat Foundation’s mission and national/international development standards.
Advocate for improved health and education policies and services at the community level.
Prepare regular progress reports and success stories for donors and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in program coordination or project management.
Strong understanding of community health and education challenges in rural and low-income areas.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data collection tools preferred.
Ability to travel to field locations as required.
Fluency in Urdu; English and regional languages are an advantage.
