Position Overview
Hayat Foundation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Health & Education Program Coordinator to design, manage, and oversee programs that improve access to healthcare and quality education for marginalized communities. This role requires program management experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to sustainable community development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor health and education projects in target communities.

• Coordinate with field teams, local authorities, and partner organizations to ensure program effectiveness.

• Develop and deliver training sessions for community health workers and educators.

• Collect, analyze, and report program data to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure alignment of programs with Hayat Foundation’s mission and national/international development standards.

• Advocate for improved health and education policies and services at the community level.

• Prepare regular progress reports and success stories for donors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in program coordination or project management.

• Strong understanding of community health and education challenges in rural and low-income areas.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data collection tools preferred.

• Ability to travel to field locations as required.

• Fluency in Urdu; English and regional languages are an advantage.
